With just 48 hours to go until the Champions League final, Real Madrid can put the icing on the cake to a season that has been very complicated due to serious injuries to important players but which has seen them emerge champions of La Liga and the Spanish Super Cup.
Winning their 15th Champions League this season would extend ‘Los Blancos’ hegemony in Europe and would be a huge boost considering the Spanish side have all but wrapped up the signing of Kylian Mbappe and are building a star-studded squad.
Fede Valverde, one of the team's assets with the brightest future and one of those who has an essential role in the squad, said they are proud of what they have achieved this year and will have to work as a team to beat Borussia Dortmund at Wembley on Saturday.
