Juventude took on Bragantino on the opening matchday of the Brasileirao season on Monday.
The visitors took the lead at the Estadio Alfredo Jaconi thanks to Miguel Silveira's 12th minute goal. Juventude equalised on the half hour with an own goal by Renan and then they took the lead through Oscar Ruiz with 69 minutes on the clock. They were denied the three points at the death though as Paulinho Moccelin scored an own goal in the penultimate minute of normal time. Juventude's next match is away to America MG on Saturday while Bragantino host Atletico Goianiense on Sunday after playing against Velez Sarsfield on Thursday in the Copa Libertadores.
