Raúl García's precious bicycle kick

Raúl García is the new top scorer in the second half of the La Liga season. The Atletic Bilbao player scored a brace to surpass Leo Messi himself and confirm his big moment.

The player, who has been capped by Spain, scored his second goal with a precious bicycle kick in which Aitor Fernández could do nothing about, despite Levante's protests.

It was in a second passage of play which the 2-0 came. De Marcos, almost in the centre of the park, found Raúl García alone while Williams, without intervening, came from offside.

This provoked the Levante protests while Raúl García, alone in front of Aitor Fernández, scored with a precious bicycle kick to reach his 10th goal of the second half of the season, ahead of the nine of Messi.

With this goal, Raúl García is just one behind the 16 that Gerard Moreno has scored this season. The Villarreal striker is the highest scoring Spaniard in La Liga.

In this match, Raúl García also equalled the matches played in Primera by José María Bakero, with 483, and became the player from Navarra to have played the most matches in the elite. He also equalled Messi in the amount of matches.
