Barcelona player Pedri Gonzalez was interviewed by 'Marca', and he spoke about the important Champions League clash against Bayern Munich and about the thin chances his side has in the European competition.
What is more, Pedri also spoke about the Qatar World Cup which starts in November and which he could play a part in at only 19 years of age: "I don't think my dreams will come true until I win one of those trophies. Hopefully we put in a good performance in Qatar and I hope I get the chance to go, and why should we not be thinking about winning it?".
'La Roja' is one of the favourites to lift the trophy, such as the likes as France and Argentina. But the footballer the Canary Islands would prefer to win the World Cup with a Spain side which is not part of the favourites.
"I think that, after the Euros, we are a very strong side and a good group. But everyone says that Brazil or Argentina are the favourites, and I prefer going not being the favourites. In the Euros we weren't there as favourites and we ended up playing well. That's how I prefer it", Pedri said.
