Eden Hazard bid farewell to the Belgian national team on Saturday after the 1-1 draw against Austria in the Euro 2024 qualifiers. The fans showed him how much he means to the country.
The former Real Madrid striker spoke to 'RTBF' about his future as a professional footballer after the tribute: "I know I won't answer you as you want me to, but I haven't made up my mind yet.
"I'm still capable of being a professional footballer. I have level and I've been resting for two or three years. I still have energy. After these three difficult years I want to spend time with my family and go on holiday," he claimed.
According to 'L'Equipe', Hazard is considering whether to hang up his boots or continue playing, even if not in European football.
