Chelsea are invested in improving their squad after a poor start. The 'Blues' were interested in Monaco's Benoit Badiashile.
This Sunday 'RMC Sport' reported that the English side had signed the player and that he will go to Stamford Bridge for €38 million.
Badiashile's contract with the French side was up in 2024 anyway. Therefore, they wanted to make sure he did not leave last season for less than he should have.
The French defender was also close to signing for Sevilla last summer to replace Jules Kounde.
