According to 'The Sun', Celtic have got Phil Jagielka on their list on targets. The Everton player has announced that he will not renew his contract at Everton after 12 seasons and he is looking for a team to carry on his career at the age of 36.
The newspaper says that the Glasgow club are planning to strengthen their rearguard with the experienced English central defender.
Phil Jagielka went to Everton in 2007 at 25 years old and since then, he has played a total of 385 matches, but in his final campaign, he played just seven games, four of them as a starter.
