Celta star Veiga on Man Utd, Arsenal and Newcastle's radars

Celta could have found a replacement for star striker Iago Aspas. Gabri Veiga has become one of the surprise packages of the season in La Liga. As a result, several Premier League and Bundesliga giants have already had their eye on him. According to 'Relevo', the English clubs are Manchester United, Arsenal and Newcastle.

The names of the German clubs that have sent scouts to Spain to monitor his development have not been revealed, however. The source mentioned in the first paragraph assures that the presence of these specialists is usual at the stadium of the Galician team, who do not intend to negotiate his departure. In other words, the club will ask for the 40 million euro that his termination clause costs.

At the moment, the 20-year-old has a contract until 2026 and is very comfortable at the club, although he is negotiating a change of agent. Until that happens, it seems that the issue on the player's mind is whether to look for a summer exit to take advantage of his breakthrough or to sign a renewal.
