Saudi Arabia's millions have managed to tempt Marcelo Brozovic. The Croatian will join the players who are packing their bags this summer for the Saudi league, which has been poaching players from Europe's best leagues.
Despite Barcelona's serious interest in Brozovic, the Inter player has finally landed on the move, at least according to transfer specialst Gianluca Di Marzio. The deal is expected to be finalised on Monday, reports the journalist.
Brozovic will move to Al Nassr for a fee of €23 million. He will earn €20 million-per-season in Saudi Arabia.
If the deal goes through, Brozovic will be the second player to turn away Barcelona in favour of a Saudi move. Ruben Neves, who was also on Barca's wishlist, announced on Friday he would be joining Al-Hilal, and now it looks like the Croatian will join him moving out East.
The Camp Nou are still looking for replacements for their midfield. The favourites have been Joshua Kimmich (Bayern) and Martin Zubimendi (Real Sociedad), but they are both very difficult deals to complete, and they had pegged Brozovic as the better alternative, but it seems he has other plans.
