Brazilian winger Antony has not started a Manchester United match for more than two months as his place in Erik ten Hag's starting eleven has been overshadowed by the brilliant performances of Alejandro Garnacho.
The No.21 has also not been very successful in his last few games and is not living up to the board's expectations despite being the second most expensive player in United's squad in their history.
The 24-year-old has just one goal and one assist in 29 competitive appearances this season while he scored just eight goals for the Manchester club last campaign.
Antony has been heavily linked with an exit at the end of the term but he is determined to stay at Old Trafford to prove his abilities, according to 'The Athletic'. He wants to fight for his place in the squad but it will not be an easy task.
