Piotr Zielinski spoke about his future at Napoli. The player was one of the protagonists of the match between the Netherlands and Poland. He scored one of the goals in the 2-2 draw between the two teams and spoke in the mixed zone about his professional situation.
"I don't understand where these rumours are coming from, I don't think my time at Napoli will end this summer. I have an important contract with the club, it will last another two years and I'm happy at Napoli, even if I read the opposite somewhere," the player explained about reports that he is leaving the Italian club.
He also insisted that he wants to continue and affirmed that he "never" said that he "wanted to leave" the club. However, he did acknowledge that he has had a difficult time this season.
The midfielder said the following about that difficult situation: "It's true that I had a difficult period in the second half of the season, but that won't put an end to my life in the 'Azzurri'. I want to stay at Napoli because they are a great team".
