Yaya Toure will leave Manchester City when his contract expires at the end of this season, manager Pep Guardiola has confirmed.
The Ivorian has made 229 appearances for City in the league since joining Barcelona and has been on of the 'Citizens' most influential players.
He has won the Premier League twice in that time, as well as scoring the winning goal in the FA Cup final against Stoke in 2014.
At the age of 34, he will still have his options open regarding his next club.
Guardiola has also confirmed that the game against Brighton will see tribute paid to Yaya for his services to the club.
