Wales comfortably saw off the hosts with an inspired performance from the Real Madrid winger who netted a tidy hat-trick. With the help of a sublime Edinson Cavani bicycle kick, Uruguay saw off the Czech Republic and booked their place in the final with Bale's Wales.
Talking about the significance of the trophy, Bale, who has won the Champions League multiple times with Real Madrid, said: "To win any trophy is always good, but for your country it is that bit more special."
"It would be massive. You have it in your heart, in your blood, you want to make your whole country proud. So whether it's a tournament like we are in now, or whether its' a Euros or the World Cup, it's always important to win trophies," he added.
The final will not be straight forward for the Welsh. With Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani's prowess in front of goal, they'll have to be rigid at the back if they want to get their hands on the silverware.
The China Cup will be decided tomorrow at 12:35 GMT.
