Bournemouth trailed twice against Watford on Saturday, but were able to fight back when substitute Jermain Defoe equalised in stoppage time to result in a 2-2 draw.
Until that point, Javi Gracia's squad looked set to claim all three points from the match. 'The Cherries' should be safe from a relegation battle with 37 points with six games remaining.
Gracia's side were understandably disappointed with the result, having had the better of the encounter until Defoe's late strike. Speaking to the club website, Will Hughes said: ''It felt like a defeat in the end. At any level of football you hope to see a game out in the last couple of minutes so it was very frustrating to concede at the end. We dominated for large parts of the game so we have to look at it as two points dropped in the end.''
Defender Nathan Ake told Bournemouth's official website: ''I think that it was good to get a draw, it is a difficult place to come and we didn't play well so to get something is good. It was really important, we have done that all season. Even when we don't have the best games we still are always in the game and try to get something from it even when we don't play well.''
He added: ''We should have done much better, especially in the second half when we came out and were sloppy. Those things we need to look at but at this stage of the season points are really important so we are still happy.''
