Fabianksi was part of the 'Swans' squad that was relegated to the Championship last season, playing in all 38 league games.
However, his performances were not the reason for their demotion and the shotstopper still made Poland's World Cup squad for this summer's tournament in Russia.
His talents are worthy of a place in England's top division and it looks like Fabianski will get another shot with West Ham tipped to be the likely destination.
Speculation suggests negotiations are well underway and an announcement could be made before Poland's first group game against Senegal on Tuesday.
If successful, the 'Hammers' will no doubt be adding quality to the position and it would be seen as a replacement for the on-loan Joe Hart, who returned to parent club Manchester City following the season's conclusion.
