The young defender was sent for an early bath after pulling down Kelechi Ilheancho during Arsenal's 3-1 defeat to Leicester City on Wednesday night, becoming the 118th player to receive a red card during Wenger's reign.
At just 20 years old, Mavropanos wasn't even born when Steve Bould became Wenger's first dismissal in November 1996.
However, he has a long way to go to catch Patrick Vieira's impressive tally of 10, which he received during a nine-year stint at the club.
In terms of the most red cards though, during the 2001-02 season, which saw the 'Gunners' achieve a League-Cup double, Arsenal saw 12 players sent to the dressing room.
On five occasions, two players have even been sent off in one match, ranging from Freddie Ljungberg and Martin Keown in 1999 to Santi Cazorla and Gabriel in 2015.
With just one game remaining as Arsenal manager, Wenger will be hoping the figure doesn't rise to 119 against Huddersfield Town on Sunday.
