Villarreal reach verbal agreement with Livakovic

Villarreal made an offer for Dominik Livakovic, the Croatian goalkeeper who excelled at the World Cup in Qatar. However, the Yellow Submarine did not have it easy, as they will have to fight against Bayern Munich.

According to Matteo Moretto, journalist of 'Relevo', advanced on Monday that the Spanish team ended up winning the race. Apparently, the 'Groguets' have reached a verbal agreement with the 'Harlequins' goalkeeper.

The Italian journalist added that Villarreal and Dinamo Zagreb, the club that hold the goalkeeper's rights until 2024, have yet to reach an agreement. Several details of the operation have yet to be finalised.

Livakovic had a sensational World Cup in Qatar and was largely credited with his country's third place finish. He was always one of the key players in his national team because of his performance in goal, both during the match and in penalty shoot-outs. And his great performance put him on the radar of countless teams.
