Wesley Sneijder was a fantastic footballer and in 2009, he joined Jose Mourinho's Inter Milan after two seasons at Real Madrid.
The former Dutch international spent four campaigns at the Italian giants and his best year was his first year when he won the Serie A title, Coppa Italia and the Champions League with the 'Nerazzurri'.
