Matchday 32 of the Brasileirao took place between 15th and 17th October and it proved to be an exciting weekend of action. 

There were 15 goals across the nine matches while Goias' clash with Corinthians was postponed. The highest scoring games were Fortaleza's 1-2 win over America MG and Fluminense's 0-3 victory over Avai. One of the best goals of the weekend actually came in one of those encounters as Martinelli scored a cracker for Flumiense. Alex Santana is also one of the contenders after his 89th minute goal for Athletico-PR against Coritiba while Wellington Rato's goal in the 1-1 draw at Juventude also makes the shortlist. With six games left to play, Palmeiras sit top on 68 points, eight ahead of nearest challengers Internacional, while Juventude are very likely to get relegated as they are 13 points from safety with just six matches remaining.
