Celtic ended their campaign with a 6-0 win over Motherwell back on 14th May. Celtic won the league and League Cup this season.
The summer always sees players come and go and at Celtic it is no different. Tom Rogic joined the club back in 2013 from Central Coast Mariners in Australia. The Australian has been at Celtic ever since, apart from a loan spell at Melbourne Victory in 2014, but he is now leaving the club. The 29 year-old midfielder made 273 appearances for the green and whites and scored 46 goals as well as giving 42 assists. He won six Scottish league titles, five Scottish Cups and five Scottish League Cups during his time in Scotland.
