Real Madrid hosted Atalanta in a Champions League last 16 second leg clash on Tuesday night.
'Los Blancos' were going into the contest with a 0-1 advantage after the first leg and despite a good Atalanta start, Madrid took the lead. Modric intercepted a poor pass by Atalanta keeper Sportiello and Benzema scored to make it 1-0. Sergio Ramos made it 2-0 after 60 minutes from the penalty spot after Vinicius was fouled. Atalanta then needed three and Luis Muriel pulled one back with a stunning free-kick seven minutes from time, but Marco Asensio got RM's third seconds later.
