The Slovakian international spent a total of twelve seasons at the club. In that time, he played 520 games in a Napoli shirt, scoring an impressive tally of 121 goals. Hamsik recently made his move to the Turkish League to Trabzonspor, where he will play for the 2021/22 season.

His Slovakia side crashed out of Euro 2020 following a 0-5 thrashing at the hands of Spain. They finished bottom of group E with just three points.
