Sebastian Caceres was the hero for America in the first leg of the Mexican Clausura quarter-final. The defender scored an 80th-minute equaliser against Puebla to leave the tie wide open for the second leg.

Caceres equalised in Club America's 1-1 draw away to Puebla in the first leg of the Clausura 2022 quarter-final.

With this goal, the Uruguayan once again established himself as one of the most important figures in the 'Aguilas'. It was also his first goal of the season and the second since he has been playing for the Mexican side.
