Chelsea have signed themselves another youngster, this time from across the pond. The Blues announced on Sunday evening the signing of Santos' Angelo Gabriel.
"It all happened very fast, even better than I imagined. I made my debut at the age of 15 and was the youngest to score in the Libertadores," he said in his farewell.
The Brazilian has signed a long-term contract with the London club, and will join them for their pre-season matches in the United States.
The deal cost the Blues €15 million for a player who has already a decent amount of experience at his young age, having made 129 first-team appearances for his Brazilian side.
"Now I'm another fan taking the name of Santos to the world," the striker wrote on Instagram.
