Man City faced Tottenham in the Carabao Cup final on 25th April.
There were 8000 fans in attendance at Wembley Stadium and Pep Guardiola's men were the much better team. The Sky Blues could have scored several times in the first half, but were denied by some quality saves by Hugo Lloris and some outstanding defence by Dier and Alderweireld. Spurs just had one Lo Celso chance in the second half and City got the winner in the 82nd minute when Aymeric Laporte headed in a corner.
The loss meant Spurs have still yet to win a trophy in the last 13 years while Man City are still on course for the treble. Take a look at Laporte's header from City's 1-0 win in the video above!
