Real Betis met Valencia in the final of the Copa del Rey on Saturday. The the team from Seville came out the victors after the match was decided by a penalty shootout.
The scoreline read 1-1 after extra time. Borja Iglesias opened the scoring in the 11th minute of the 90 before Hugo Duro responded for the Valencians on 30 minutes. The match was played out competitively as both teams had 4 shots on target each. It took penalties to decide the result. Valencia's Yunus Musah blazed over in the shoot-out, which allowed Juan Miranda the chance to score the winning penalty and he duly obliged.
