Dimitri Payet scored a great goal as Marseille got a point at Nantes. DUGOUT

Marseille got themselves a 1-1 draw from a trip to Nantes last weekend and they had Dimitri Payet to thank. The former West Ham man scored a superb equaliser.

Marseille travelled to Nantes in a Ligue 1 clash last Saturday.

After a goalless first half at the Stade de la Beaujoire, Nantes took the lead after 50 minutes through Ludovic Blas. Marseille levelled 19 minutes later through a lovely Dimitri Payet volley. Sakai was sent off for Marseille in stoppage time, but the game ended 1-1. Take a look at Payet's goal in the video above!

Nantes are 18th on 23 points after the draw while Marseille are 7th on 38 points.
