VIDEO: Canales’ classy turn and finish in thick fog in Copa del Rey

Real Betis faced Real Sociedad in the Copa del Rey last 16 on Tuesday night. 

Mikel Oyarzabal gave Real Sociedad the lead on 13 minutes, but things went pearshaped for the visitors in the second half. Asier Illarramendi was harshly sent off in the 48th minute for a second yellow for a foul when he did not seem to make contact with his opponent. It was ten a side when Toni Sanabria was dismissed 15 minutes from time in the thick fog at the Benito Villamarin and then Sergio Canales' 78th minute equaliser took it to extra time. He shot from outside the area to beat Remiro to his left.

In extra-time, Borja Iglesias struck in the 96th minute and then 111th to give Betis a 3-1 victory after extra-time. Take a look at Canales' goal from the cup tie in the video above!
