Atletico Madrid earned a 2-1 Champions League quarter-final first leg victory over Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday, surviving a late onslaught from the visitors.
"Well, the math is relatively simple for now, we have to win the second leg within 90 minutes and then we'll see. I'm certain that we can rely on our fans. I mean, if we look at the last few weeks, what they're doing in the stadium at home, it's amazing," Julian Brandt told reporters.
"Huge respect for that and so that should not be our concern. I think the stadium will be there. But before the game against Atletico, we have to play a good game in Gladbach, that is important. So that it will give us a momentum for the game on Tuesday," he concluded.
