VIDEO: Alexandra Popp on the final and the golden boot

On Wednesday, Germany faced France in the second semi-final of the Women's Euro 2022 competition at the Stadium MK. It was the Germans who progressed to the final.

German captain, Popp, was the hero on the night as she opened the scoring in the 40th minute but saw France reply five minutes later via a Frohms own goal. However, Popp reappeared later on in the match, in the 76th minute precisely, to head the Germans into the final.
