AC Milan took on Atalanta on the penultimate matchday of the Serie A season. 

After a goalless first half at the San Siro, Rafael Leao gave AC Milan the lead with 56 minutes on the clock. Then, Theo Hernandez made it two with 15 minutes remaining to seal the points.
