Edinson Cavani's contract with United ends in June 2021, and the Uruguayan still hasn't decided whether he wants to stay beyond this point.
United want him to stay, while on the other hand, in Argentina, Boca Juniors are drawing his attention. For his part, Cavani is currently thinking about what to do, although at the moment the scales are tipped in favour of the 'Red Devils'.
According to 'The Sun', United will make their final offer. They will offer him a one-year contract and, if he signs, he would receive a pay rise. Cavani will earn 2.8 million more per year than what he's currently on. Right now, Cavani earns 230,000 euros a week. If he accepts United's offer, he will go on to earn 287,000.
Solskjaer wants him in his squad for the 2021/22 season. The United boss hopes that the striker will accept his renewal contract so that will be able to count on him for the coming season.
