Spurs: Eric Dier missed training on Tuesday with an illness and will not be available and Harry Winks is still out as he continues his rehab. Moussa Dembele and Serge Aurier face late fitness tests but Jan Vertonghen is fit to play despite leaving the field injured against West Brom.
Newcastle: Islam Slimani remains unavailable due to suspension. Christian Atsu is still sidelined following his knee operation and Ciaran Clark and Chancel Mbemba are also unavailable.
Mauricio Pochettino: You want to win every game but it is difficult to keep the same level all season. For us now it is not about tactics, it is more about staying focussed as a club to win the last two games. We are there competing and there trying to success and pushing hard and working hard and over four days to have the chance to be third is ideal.
Rafa Benitez: We have nothing to lose now. We want to play with freedom and intensity as we have been during the season. We can win, lose or draw against anyone - but we have to show desire, passion and commitment.
Tottenham possible lineup: Lloris, Trippier, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Davies, Wanyama, Sissoko, Lamela, Alli, Eriksen, Kane
Newcastle possible lineup: Dubravka, Yedlin, Lascelles, Lejeune, Dummett, Merino, Shelvey, Ritchie, Perez, Kenedy, Gayle
