Born in Zimbabwe, he moved to England at the age of six and joined Everton in 2014 following a spell with Milton Keynes Dons, for whom he made his debut aged just 15. It is thought that Everton manager Roberto Martinez intends to ease him into senior football at left-back, but should John Stones depart, Galloway may be given an opportunity to stake a claim for a first-team place at centre-back.
Joe Gomez (18, Liverpool - £4.5m)
Gomez only joined Liverpool in June, arriving from Charlton Athletic in a £3.5 million deal, but British newspaper reports claim he could feature in the starting XI when Brendan Rodgers takes his team to Stoke City on Sunday after impressing his coaches in pre-season. The England Under-19 international has predominantly played at right-back and centre-back in his career to date, but he has turned out at left-back in Liverpool's warm-up games. "Ideally, centre-back is my main position, but I'm happy to play right-back or left-back if the manager believes I can help the team there," Gomez told local newspaper the Liverpool Echo.
Rolando Aarons (19, Newcastle United - £5m)
With injuries for pretty much the whole of the 2014/2015 campain, Newcastle's brightest prospect is set to make a huge impact this season. The 19 year old pacey winger has looked sharp in all the preseason games he has played. With Jonas Gutierrez leaving after securing the Magpies' safty, it looks like Aarons will get a lot of gametime.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek (19, Chelsea - £5.0m)
A tall, elegant central midfielder, Loftus-Cheek was a driving force last season as Chelsea claimed success in the FA Youth Cup and UEFA Youth League. He was also granted a handful of first-team appearances, coming off the bench in a 1-1 draw with Manchester City in January and starting against Liverpool and West Bromwich Albion in May.
Jordon Ibe (19, Liverpool- £5m)
In a similar situation to Aarons, this winger has big boots to fill. Liverpool fans will hope to see a solid replacement for Raheem Sterling. His competiton with be with Roberto Firmino who has been brough in to strengthen the Red's attact, but Rodgers has a good record of giving fresh blood a chace to shine. A Belgium-born Brazilian youth international, Pereira joined United from PSV Eindhoven in 2011 and could be set for a breakthrough season after impressing during the club's pre-season tour of the United States. Competition for midfield places is fiercer than ever at Old Trafford, but manager Louis van Gaal's record of promoting young players suggests Pereira may get chances to impress. Pereira made two first-team appearances last season and signed a new three-year contract in May. "Andreas has all the attributes to become an integral part of the first team: great natural talent, coupled with a good appetite to learn," said Van Gaal.
Jack Grealish (19, Aston Villa - £5.5m)
Tim Sherwood's short managerial stint at Tottenham Hotspur proved that he was willing to promote youth, giving youngsters like Nabil Bentaleb a chance to have more first team action. Sherwood has maintained this trend at Villa Park, with Grealish being given the opportunity to impress last season. He played a key role in Villa’s end of season form, reaching the FA Cup Final and avoiding relegation. The 19-year-old attacking midfielder looks set to be given more starts under Sherwood, with his composure and confidence on the ball incredibly exciting to watch
James Wilson (19, Manchester United - £5.0m)
By now everyone has heard of Jame Wilson, and the talents he posses. His opportunities for Manchester United look healthy as Louis van Gaal’s has yet to sign any more attacking players. The departure of both Radamel Falcao and Robin van Persie has meant that Wilson has been significantly bumped up in the pecking order. At 19, Wilson already has a wealth of Premier League experience and a couple of goals to his name. Wilson's future looks extremely birght, and who knows, if Rooney is struck with an injury later on in the season he could be put into more consistant first team action.
Jack Butland (22, Stoke City - £4.5m)
Following the departure of Asmir Begovic to Chelsea, the experienced 22 year old looks to nudge veteran Shay Given out of the way to take a starting place for stoke. As Fantasy Football veterans will be aware, choosing a goalie is mainly based on picking a defensive unit that consistently delivers, which is good news for those tempted by Butland as the Potters held the sixth best defensive record last season in the Premier League .
