Three British clubs want former Chelsea player Cahill

At the age of 35, Gary Cahill is still looking for a club for the 2021-22 season. The former Chelsea central defender is now history at Crystal Palace where he played in the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons and he made 47 appearances. 

The former England player will not leave the UK are all clubs interested in him are from there. Bournemouth, who are looking to get promoted to the Premier League from the Championship, want him as a leader in their squad. 

In the Premier League, there has also been interest from Norwich City, a team who got promoted back to the Premier League at the first time of asking and who lost 0-3 to Liverpool in their opener. 

The last team interested in Gary Cahill are Steven Gerrard's Rangers. The former Liverpool player has suffered his first disappointments of his promising coaching career. The signing of Cahill, who he knows from his time in the national team, could help to make the Glaswegian club better, according to 'The Sun'. 

In the coming hours, there could be news on a player who has made a whopping 394 Premier League appearances. He has also played 38 times in the Champions League.
