Thiago's header edged Bayern ahead
The first half saw Pablo Sarabia's strike cancelled out by a Jesus Navas own goal but Bayern would finally take the lead in the 68th minute.
Franck Ribery found Thiago at the far post with a beautifully crossed ball from the left and the Spanish midfielder had no trouble heading it into the ground and past David Soria to secure a second away goal for the Bavarian club.
