The Canaries came from a goal down for the second time in four days to beat Aston Villa 2-1 at Carrow Road, with Rhodes grabbing the crucial goals in the second-half.
And, speaking post-match, the on-loan striker said he is loving every minute of his time at Norwich City.
"[Coming from behind] says a lot about everybody in the squad, right from the management down," said Rhodes.
"Everybody is keen to just muck in and do the hard yards. With that attitude and mentality in mind, that never-say-die attitude, it puts you in good stead.
"When I go into the dressing room, I feel like I can talk to everybody in there about something. We all have mutual ground on at least something.
"It's hard to explain but it's not always like that in a dressing room and there are certain people you avoid in dressing rooms.
"It's not like that here. There's a real warm feeling and it's a terrific football club - that's right from the directors and everyone on the board downwards.
"You can just talk to anyone around the training ground and I'm really loving being here at the moment."
