The rash challenge that saw Samu given his marching orders

The dismissal came just two minutes after Philippe Coutinho had put Barca two goals to the good against the Andalusians, with the tackle seemingly borne out of frustration.

Jordi Alba was in possession in the Barca half and the Malaga winger decided to dive into a challenge that he simply didn't need to make.

The ball was long gone by the time he got there and he caught the defender on the ankle, with the referee immediately reaching to his pocket and sending Samu for an early bath.
