The manager who inspired his team to a vital win with a striptease

Deila is now in charge of Valerenga, a team that plays in Norway's top division, and his team are in a very perilous position just above the relegation zone.
Last month, they were heading into a crunch match with rivals Brann, and Deila, who once famously celebrated with Stromsgodset by leaping about in just his underpants, used another odd technique to relax his players.
"A lot of people have probably seen me nude already," Deila told Norwegian news website 'www.vg.no'.
"We have to have fun in all the seriousness."
Call it madness, but Valerenga went on to earn all three points with a 2-1 win, and midfielder Herman Stengel has admitted the striptease was exactly what was needed to take the pressure off.
"I don't know if it was pretty, but it worked well," Stengel said.
"It was important to offer ourselves. It was what he was trying to say. We must dare to make fools of ourselves. It must be on the pitch as well. We know we're good footballers and we can cope with it all."
Will it happen again? Deila is aiming to keep the element of surprise...
He said: "I cannot do it every time. Then it loses the surprise effect."
Captain Christian Grindheim also added: "No one was really disappointed that he has not done it again since. It was perfectly fine. It was a metaphor to try and be ourselves. He wanted us to relax our shoulders."
