The end of an era

Liverpool are celebrating. The Reds win their first Club World Cup after ending Flamengo's dream, their opponents who did not show good quality.

The Brazilian team fought with everything they had with the European Champions and fell at the final hurdle. Roberto Firmino was the man to blame, after scoring the winning goal in extra time.

With this win, the Reds have now put an end to five editions of this tournament that were completely dominated by the Spanish: Real Madrid (4) and FC Barcelona (1).

The last time any other team except Spanish won, was in 2013, when Bayern defeated Raja de Casablanca. Since then, the Club World Cup colours have been White and Red.

Klopp's Liverpool arrived and ended this, he is a coach who has had problems with the finals. But this is all in the past, because the German coach has now won almost everything.
