TAD denied Valencia's appeal: Stand to remain closed

The 'Vinicius case' continues. After the racist insults made to the Brazilian in the Valencia-Real Madrid match, the Competition Committee sanctioned the 'Che' team with the partial closure of the stadium -the Mario Alberto Kempes stand- for 5 matches and a fine of 55,000 euros.

However, the club submitted two appeals to the Appeal and there was a reduction, so it was only going to be 3 matches and a fine of 27,000 euros.

Despite this, the club applied to TAD for a precautionary measure to allow the public to watch the match against Espanyol, but the body, according to Ramon Fuentes, rejected the allegations of the club's legal representatives on Saturday.

As a result, the Mario Alberto Kempes stand will be empty for the crucial match against the 'Pericos'. Meanwhile, Vinicius has been summoned to testify, as have the three people arrested for the racist insults.
