Granada surprised Barcelona just minutes into the second half. Montoro won a dangerous ball on the edge of his own area after an attempted pass by Griezmann with all the Barca defence up.
That gave Roberto Soldado space to run. Montoro put a long ball through to the striker who was all on his own with just Umtiti to beat. The Frenchman could not keep up with him.
Soldado was all on his own in the area. Goalkeeper Ter Stegen came out and the Granada striker beat the German goalie low to his left.
A long ball left Barca short at the back as they were more interested in attacking rather than stopping a possible counter. Soldado punished them.
Earlier in the game, in the first half, a terrible error by Umtiti while playing out from the back, saw Soro win the ball and pass it to Kenedy who scored Granada's first.
