After years of being a key player for Chelsea, Olivier Giroud is on his way out. Frank Lampard has given him very little playing time, and Chelsea are well aware he wants to leave because of it, which is where Inter comes in.
In fact, as reported by 'Sky Sport', the striker has already closed a deal with the Nerazzurri to go back to following Antonio Conte's orders, who he already worked with during his time at Chelsea.
Their time together in London could benefit the Frenchman, as Conte is perfectly aware of Giroud's talents and what he can bring to the team.
The last obstacle is the negotiation with Chelsea. The English team may have other plans for the Frenchman, as Lampard intends to bring in Moussa Dembele and Stamford Bridge believe Giroud can play a key role in the deal with Lyon.
A series of intertwined possibilities complicate Inter's goal of closing the deal and completing their winter market endeavors as soon as possible.
