Harry Kane
Kane fell injured during the Premier League game against Bournemouth and was seen leaving the stadium on crutches. It's an ankle injury that came after a strong challenge in the box and it has the alarm bells ringing for Gareth Southgate and the FA.
Neymar
Neymar suffered a now-famous metatarsal injury against Marseille, and was forced to fly back to Brazil to undergo surgery. The surgery has been a success, but it is hardly ideal preparation for the tournament and any set backs could see him miss it.
Benjamin Mendy
The French defender ruptured his knee ligaments in September and has not been seen since. Didier Deschamps has already been looking at a plan B, but the news is that Mendy should be returning to action with Manchester City soon.
Steven Defour
The Belgian midfielder injured his knee in January and has had surgery on the cartilage. While the surgery was a success, there is no guarantee that he will recover in time for the summer, giving Roberto Martinez something to think about.
Manuel Neuer
Garmany's biggest worry is their goalkeeper. Neuer hasn't kicked a ball since the middle of 2017 and there is not date set for his return to the first team. Luckily for Joachim Low, Marc-Andre ter Stegen is a more than capable understudy.
Gylfi Sigurdsson
The Icelandic midfielder could miss the World Cup due to a knee injury suffered in a Premier League match against Brighton. He is out for the rest of the season and possibly even longer.
