Sevilla eye N'Dicka as possible replacement for Kounde

After a summer full of rumours and speculation, Jules Kounde finally stayed with Sevilla, who, despite this, seem to want to prepare for a future without the French centre-back.

The Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan outfit know that it will be very difficult to retain the defender for another season, and are therefore scouring the market for a guaranteed replacement. And that replacement could be in Germany.

According to information from 'Estadio Deportivo', Sevilla's sporting management, headed by Monchi, is closely monitoring the steps of Obite Evan N'Dicka, who plays for Eintracht Frankfurt.

At 22 years of age, the French defender is also very much liked at Sevilla, where he is seen as a great market opportunity, as in the summer he would only have one year left on his contract with his current club.

So far, despite his young age, N'Dicka is already a permanent fixture in the German squad, with whom he has accumulated 108 official appearances since the 2018-19 season. In those 108 games, despite being a centre-back, he has managed to score six goals and provide six assists.
