Seri used to be the anchor in the Nice midfield, but was one of a number of high-profile exits from the French club this summer, including Arnaud Souquet and Alassane Pléa.
While he was close to joining Barcelona the summer before, but ended up at a surprisingly-small team alongside his team-mate Maxime Le Marchand when he joined Fulham.
The player is not happy with the deal, and claims severely undervalued him and inflated the fee of Le Marchand to save on the amount they had to pay him as a result of the deal.
"Mr Seri thinks that Nice is guilty of grossly under-valuing his transfer fee and therefore making a significant saving on his bonus" Jean-Louis Dupont and Martin Hissel, Seri's lawyers, told 'L'Equipe' on Saturday.
According to them, they sold Seri for €11.2m and Le Marchand for €16.4m, which is a manipulation of the real values of the two players.
