Seedorf's Instagram post causes waves
The former Milan or Real Madrid player showed that, despite being retired and having already become a coach, he still retains a near perfect physique at the age of 42.
In a photo shared on Instagram, the Dutchman showed off his large muscles, something that did not go unnoticed by old colleagues and other active players.
Names like Puyol, Dani Alves and Pierre van Hoijdoonk were some of those who left their comments on the Dutchman's photo.
