Samu Castillejo to join Valencia as Gattuso's first reinforcement

Samu Castillejo will return to La Liga, unless there is an unexpected turn of events. The player is already in Valencia to sign his new contract with the 'Che' and become the first reinforcement for Gennaro Gattuso.

The agreement between the two sides did not take too long and Milan made it very easy for him to leave, as he only had one year left on his contract.

Upon landing at Manises airport, the media were quick to question the new signing. The Andalusian player highlights his efforts to return to the Valencian Community: "In January I was already on the verge of coming. I have done everything I could to sign for Valencia".

Meanwhile, the former Villarreal winger thanked Gattuso for his work in the negotiations: "I spoke to the manager and it's clear that thanks to him it was possible to do everything much more quickly so that I could be here today and I'm very happy.
