An incredible debut campaign for the club since his summer move from Roma has seen the Egyptian find the net 37 times in 41 games in all competitions, with 29 of those goals coming in the Premier League.
Salah's form led to concerns that football's bigger fish may come calling but Adam believes that Salah isn't good enough for the two teams that could prise him away from Anfield.
"Where's he going to go? It's difficult for him, where does he go?" The Stoke midfielder told 'talkSPORT'.
"Will he get a game at Real Madrid? Will he get a game at Barcelona?
"I don't think he would.
"I think he will stay there."
Despite Adam's harsh words about Salah, the Scot did say that he believes Liverpool can go on and mount a genuine Premier League title challenge next season.
"They are capable of winning the league, I'm firmly believe that they are," Adam enthused.
"They're one or two short. They've got Naby Keita coming in over the summer, Emre Can looks like he will go.
"But if they can get another one or two in I think they can challenge next summer."
