Ronaldo flew off the handle: asked for 3 penalties and confronted the referee

Cristiano Ronaldo has been in Saudi Arabia for 8 months and on Tuesday could have experienced his most difficult match to date. The Portuguese starred in an image totally out of his mind after asking for 3 penalties in the first half of the match against Shabab Al Ahli (Dubai), a match worth to enter the group stage of the Asian Champions League.

The No.7, Luis Castro's star player, confronted the referee before heading to the tunnel and also pushed an assistant of the United Arab Emirates team. As if that wasn't enough, the Madeira native asked a member of the refereeing trio to watch the action on the screen, but there was no VAR in this match.

The first controversial action came in the 9th minute. Al Nassr were attacking on the left flank and Kokan fed Ronaldo inside the box. When the former Madrid man was about to dribble past two defenders, he was brought down. The referee did not award anything and the '7' could not believe it.

We had to wait until stoppage time to see the other two controversial actions.
